Freeze dried pork heart is from Wisconsin pigs on USDA approved farms. Each package is 2 oz which is approximately 8oz of raw pork heart prior to freeze drying process. Freeze drying locks in the natural enzymes, vitamins and minerals. Freeze dried pork heart is all natural with no preservatives, additives, steroids, hormones, antibiotics or denaturing agents.
